- Multi Dwellings

This multi-dwelling project strives to contribute to the need for housing in the populous Bankstown region of NSW while retaining a quality amenity suitable for larger families, including 4 spacious bedrooms and an 80sqm+ backyard to each house.

Overall, the row of 5 dwellings were inspired by the traditional formation of terrace housing. An equidistant spacing between dwellings has been applied to tie into the existing streetscape and reduce the bulk-form.

An array of materials including precast concrete, spotted-gum timber, black aluminium and permeable pavers, work in harmony as a palette, that in combination with an abundance of 'greenscaping' presents an enticing facade at all angles.
