- dual occupancy
Each dwelling is focused around an intentionally sloped roof, opposing the natural grade of the site. The exposed timber rafters provide a warm, 'beachy' feel tying into the natural surrounding of Lake Cathie.
From the outside, lightly-coloured cladding wraps the facade of each dwelling with an array of horizontal extensions. Internally, a moody colour palette, including timber floors, exposed rafters and white walls ensures natural light from the thoughtfully positioned windows bounces off all surfaces to brighten up every crevice of the house.
